Admission Process

At Kripa Sadan High School, we welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and be part of a value-based educational environment. Our admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and student-friendly.

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure:

1. Enquiry & Application Form

• Parents/Guardians can visit the school office during working hours to collect the admission form.

• Alternatively, an online enquiry form (if available) may be submitted through the school’s website.

2. Submission of Form

• Submit the completed admission form along with the required documents to the school office before the due date.

3. Interaction / Entrance Test (if applicable)

• For certain grades, students may be invited for a short entrance test or interaction session to assess basic skills and readiness.

• For primary classes, admissions are generally based on age criteria and availability of seats.

4. Document Verification
The following documents are required at the time of admission:

• Birth Certificate (original and copy)

• Previous School’s Transfer Certificate (for higher grades)

• Latest Report Card / Progress Report

• Passport-size photographs of the student and parents

• Aadhar Card (if applicable)

5. Admission Confirmation & Fee Payment

• Selected candidates will be informed by phone or notice board.

• Admission is confirmed only after payment of fees within the given timeframe.

6. Orientation (for new students)

• An orientation session may be conducted to help new students and parents understand the school’s rules, curriculum, and culture.

Age Criteria (General Guidelines)

• Nursery: 3 years and above

• Jr. KG: 4 years and above

• Sr. KG: 5 years and above

• Class 1: 6 years and above
